Hammond Lumber Company is seeking a Full-Time Kitchen & Bath Designer for our Boothbay, Maine location. The designer will work closely with customers to capture their specifications, then design, price, and present accurate kitchen or bath proposals using 20/20 Design.

The role includes measuring sites, ordering cabinetry and finishes, and preparing Sales Agreements and Purchase Orders. Candidate should be self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, with strong

Qualifications

• Experience in Kitchen and Bath design or 20/20 design preferred
• 2 years knowledge of building materials preferred
• Excellent telephone skills preferred
• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsabilités

• Elicit information from customers to draft a kitchen or bathroom per specifications
• Design, draw, price and present estimates using 20/20 Design
• Prepare Sales Agreements and Purchase Orders
• Field measure each project for accurate measurements
• Order cabinetry, countertops, and accessories as required
• Maintain communication with all parties and respond to inquiries
• Follow company sales and paperwork procedures
