Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath design.
- Experience designing with framed cabinetry (overlay & inset).
- Experience designing with full-access (frameless) cabinetry.
- Proficiency with 2020 Design and ProKitchen software.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and supporting others.
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, training, and support teams.
- Knowledge of cabinetry installation.
Responsibilities
- Provide design check services for dealers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Assist sales representatives by ensuring dealers receive proper training and support.
- Test and validate 2020 Design catalogs for accuracy; log and track issues.
- Act as a concierge for new dealers through their first orders, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
