Job summary

You will use ProKitchens AutoCAD design software to create layouts, help with product selections, and provide accurate information on materials, pricing, and installation requirements. The role involves in-store interactions, POS processing, and helping the team reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; clear communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and by phone in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business.
• Design kitchens and baths using ProKitchens AutoCAD (20/20-like) layouts and product selections.
• Identify needs, preferences, budgets, and project requirements; prepare design plans.
• Create and modify AutoCAD design plans based on feedback and specs.
• Provide information on product availability, pricing, and installation details.
• Assist in selling merchandise and help teammates meet sales goals.
• Process customer purchases with the POS system.
• Cut materials to customer specifications and assist with loading.
