Aqua Kitchen and Bath Design Center Inc. in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer to design and plan layouts for custom cabinetry and countertops.

You will create concepts, develop layouts, and produce CAD drawings while ensuring design quality and client satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 1 year of related experience, with proficiency in CAD software such as 2020 Design or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role (Kitchen/Bath Designer or Architect)
• Proficiency in CAD software (2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and spatial planning principles
• Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate client needs into practical and aesthetic design solutions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Responsibilities

• Design and plan layouts for custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops
• Develop design concepts and layouts based on client needs, aesthetic principles, and layout standards
• Review final designs and suggest improvements as needed
• Produce detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Stay up to date with emerging materials, technologies, and trends to incorporate innovative ideas into designs
