Kitchen and Bath Creations (KBC) in Selbyville, DE, seeks an energetic Showroom Sales Designer to design, estimate, and sell custom cabinetry projects for homeowners, builders, and remodelers. You will qualify clients, finalize designs, prepare quotes, and convert opportunities into contracts while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include field measurement, coordinating with trades, and showroom coverage during business hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years Kitchen and Bath design industry experience.
• Ability to travel for in-home design consultations and field measures.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong math, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet potential clients and gather project information.
• Determine budget and timeframe for proposed projects.
• Design, specify materials, and estimate projects.
• Complete field measures before finalizing design and quote.
• Provide final plans and attend pre-construction appointments as needed.
• Sell/close projects and meet monthly sales goals.
• Communicate with clients and trades to ensure exceptional service.
• Develop extensive knowledge of product offerings.
• Provide showroom coverage and assist clients.
