Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Solana Beach, CA is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to provide expert product selection and in-home design services for kitchen and bath projects. This role emphasizes customer service, design trends, and closing sales, with a focus on high-end products and showroom experience.

As part of a large but decentralized organization, you will work with a showroom team to meet sales targets, use company technology for product specs and pricing, and develop long-term client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.
• Experience working with luxury, high end products and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in the showroom and at customer locations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals and repeat business.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids and manage the sales process from start to finish.
