Stratton is seeking a full-time seasonal Kitchen Attendant to support the culinary and service teams by performing janitorial and kitchen tasks. The role pays $20.00 per hour and recruitment continues through December.

Responsibilities include bussing and washing dishes, cleaning storage areas and cook stations, maintaining appliances, and ensuring safe operation of the dish machine. Evening/weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Previous kitchen experience, preferred, not required
• Responsible and dependable - able to carry out assigned duties without supervision
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures

Responsabilités

• Buss dishes to ensure clean dishes are available
• Clean and restock dish storage areas and cook stations for the next shift
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen (coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.)
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or accidents
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost; rinse garbage cans
• Operate commercial dish machine safely and efficiently
• Stay current with trainings and required certifications
• Additional duties as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY

Working as part of the Food and Beverage team, the Kitchen Attendant will support the culinary and service staff by providing janitorial and kitchen tasks. This is a full‑time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
Preparation for next shift by cleaning and restocking dish storage areas and cook stations
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
Taking out the trash, recycling and compost and rinsing garbage cans
Commit to safely operating commercial dish machine
Remain current with company issued trainings and required certifications
Additional duties as assigned
