Dash In is expanding its 24/7 retail dining concept with a part-time Kitchen Associate role in Claymont, DE. You will join a BOH team, crafting meals, maintaining safety and quality, and delivering a great guest experience.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of food service, and flexibility for days, nights, weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+. Background check and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of food service experience (line cook or prep cook).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Background check and drug screening will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards in a 24/7 BOH setting.
• Maintain prep levels and keep station organized and clean.
• Restock and arrange supplies for efficient service.
• Store goods properly and prepare items for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen appearance and guest-focused service.
