Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a full-service restaurant as a prep/line cook.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have valid food safety handler certification.
• High school or vocational coursework in kitchen basics (food safety) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food as directed by Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
• Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Stock supplies at serving stations and storage areas.
• Assist in unloading deliveries.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Communicate with management via calls, emails, and texts.
