Spring Arbor Senior Living – Winchester, VA is hiring a PRN Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep to support dining services. You’ll wash dishes, prep utensils and equipment, set tables, and assist the Cook in a busy kitchen.

This role is perfect for dependable, hardworking team players. Earn up to $18.88/hr based on experience, with same‑day pay options and weekend/holiday rotations; benefits include medical, vision, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Awareness of safety practices.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Community is a drug free workplace.
• Preferred: Minimum of six (6) months food service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils.
• Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.
• Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
• Contribute to high quality Dining Services by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.

Schedule

• Rotating Shifts- Includes weekends and some holidays as scheduled

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties.
