Grand View Lodge is seeking a reliable Dishwasher (Kitchen Assistant) to keep dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen tools clean and ready for service. You will maintain an organized dish area, support basic kitchen prep, and help the culinary team keep service moving.

With training and strong performance, this role may offer opportunities to move into prep or Cook III work. Dependability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility are valued in our busy resort kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more when needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Solid reading and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and hand-wash items as needed to keep dishes clean and ready for service.
• Inspect, rotate, and store clean dishware and utensils; keep storage areas organized.
