Bella Vista, the premier independent living community in Asheville, is hiring a full-time Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher. This role is cross-trained for all kitchen tasks and serves as a training position with potential advancement to Cook, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef after demonstrated performance.

You will assist with dining service, dishwashing, light prep, and maintaining kitchen sanitation. The company emphasizes hospitality, integrity, and a path toward culinary growth in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents.
• Friendly, professional, and energetic personality.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Maintains food handlers' permit as required by state regulations.
• Desire to advance in the culinary industry by hard work and meeting deadlines.
