Job Summary
The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dinnerware and kitchenware, emptying and cleaning department trash containers, and maintaining all floors. Ensures sanitation standards are met for public and department areas. Performs computer-related activities as required.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• At least 1 year of food service experience in a hospital, commercial restaurant, or other food service operation.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English accurately.
• Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions when handling, disposing, and mixing chemicals.
