Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members in Framingham for a fast-paced kitchen role. This position requires Saturday availability and offers morning, lunch, and closing shifts.

You will prepare and present food, stock inventory, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards in a friendly environment. Positions are available as both full-time and part-time, with competitive pay and opportunities to learn from experienced Operators and Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Must be available to work on Saturday's. This position is not a M-F only job.
• There are multiple different schedules available for morning, lunch and closing.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Pay - $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
