Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in Augusta, GA. You will prepare and assemble menu items to Chick-fil-A standards, stocking and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen.

You’ll work with a friendly Operator team and gain leadership development within a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant. This role offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area clean and organized.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; complete opening/closing tasks.
