Job summary

Chick-fil-A Reno is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support fast, friendly food preparation and service. You will work on a team led by an independent Owner/Operator, contributing to a positive dining experience and high Chick-fil-A standards.

The role includes food prep, station knowledge, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. Successful candidates can lift up to 40 lbs, handle a flexible schedule, and participate in ongoing training while growing with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
