Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest count and reservation information daily.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with inventory and food orders.
• Prepare service trays and all tasks needed to begin service.
• Ensure food prep areas are clean and hygienic.
• Wash utensils and dishes and make sure they are put away properly.
• Prepare takeout orders.
