Do you enjoy fixing things and making sure everything works as it should? Are you the person people rely on when equipment needs attention? If so, this could be the job for you.

As a Kitchen and HVAC Technician, you’ll focus on maintaining and repairing the equipment that keeps our resort running smoothly. From kitchen appliances to HVAC systems, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything works reliably.

What You'll Do:

• Work with Facility Maintenance Managers to handle repairs across the resort.
• Perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment and HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Assess maintenance issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Complete work orders and maintain repair logs for equipment.
• Organize and keep up-to-date manuals, maintenance records, and system documentation.
• Identify repairs that need vendor support and coordinate as required.
• Maintain an inventory of essential parts to minimize downtime.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and training provided by the Facilities Department and the company.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with carpentry, mechanics, or electrical work.
• Attention to detail to spot and address maintenance issues.
• The ability to read blueprints and handle basic math.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to pass a background check, driver's license in good standing, and a drug screen.

Minimum Requirements:

• A high school diploma is required, with a college degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience with HVAC systems, appliance diagnostics, and mechanical or electrical repairs is helpful.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and approachable attitude.
• Basic math skills for calculating measurements and parts.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
