Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Erie is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) to design cabinetry, quote projects, and manage orders for clients. You will work with trade pros and clients, using Cyncly Design Flex to create tailored cabinets and quotes.

In-office role with a competitive salary, bonus, and commission potential. Prior cabinetry design experience and NKBA certification are pluses; strong MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing and selling cabinetry projects.
• 2+ years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Sales skills and project management experience preferred.
• NKBA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the business from a large existing customer base by collaborating with the sales team.
• Design and quote cabinetry projects to client specifications.
• Create cabinetry designs using Cyncly Design Flex.
• Quote and manage full cycle ordering for Kitchen, Bath and cabinets.
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for Kitchen and Bath.
• Assist sales team with product knowledge and client consultations.
• Promote the Kitchen and Bath program to customers.
• Lead educational events for trade professionals and the sales team.

What you will do:

• Build the business from a large existing customer base while working closely with the sales team
• Work with trade professionals and their clients, designing and quoting cabinetry projects to each client’s specifications
• Design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex software
• Quote and manage the full cycle ordering process for all Kitchen, Bath, and other Cabinet products
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department
• Assist a sales team in gaining knowledge of Kitchen and Bath products
• Promote our Kitchen and Bath program
• Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team

You might be a great match if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects
• Minimum of 2 years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Sales skills and project management experience preferred
• NKBA certification is a plus
