Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Ann Arbor is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) to build cabinetry projects for trade pros and their clients. This in-person role offers a salary in the $50k–$55k range plus commissions, with potential for $65k–$70k in the first year.

You will design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex, work with a sales team, manage quotes and ordering, and help educate trade professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects.
• Minimum of 2 years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Sales skills and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the business from a large existing customer base while working closely with the sales team.
• Design and quote cabinetry projects to client specifications.
• Design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Quote and manage full cycle ordering for Kitchen, Bath, and cabinet products.
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department.
• Assist sales team in knowledge of Kitchen and Bath products.
• Promote our Kitchen and Bath program.
• Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team.
