Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Daytona Beach is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer (Design Sales) to join our showroom-based team. You will partner with trade pros and clients to design, quote, and coordinate kitchen and bath projects, guiding product selections from start to finish.

The role requires 2+ years of design/sales experience, proficiency with Cyncly Design Flex, and strong communication. A degree in interior design or NKBA certification is a plus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a robust

Location: ProSource of Daytona Beach Base Salary of $55k + Commission. 1st year potential of $80k

Location hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturdays 9am to 12pm- No retail hours!

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a design, sales, and project coordination role.

• Partner with trade professionals and their clients to design and sell kitchen & bath projects
• Create layouts and quotes using Cyncly Design Flex software
• Guide customers through product selections and options
• Manage orders from quote through delivery
• Answer questions and keep projects moving forward
• Support the sales team and help grow cabinetry business
• Keep displays, pricing, and samples up to date
• Participate in trainings and events to strengthen customer relationships
