Job summary

ProSource Wholesale of Collinsville is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) to build a strong client base and design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex. This in-person role offers a competitive salary with bonus/commission, a supportive team, and a work-life-balanced schedule Monday through Friday with Saturday appointments.

You will design, quote, and manage cabinetry projects, maintain pricing, and help customers create their dream spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of designing and selling cabinetry projects.
• 2+ years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Sales skills and project management experience preferred.
• NKBA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the business from a large existing customer base while working with the sales team.
• Design and quote cabinetry projects to client specifications.
• Design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Quote and manage full cycle ordering for Kitchen, Bath, and cabinet products.
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department.
• Assist a sales team in gaining product knowledge.
• Promote the Kitchen and Bath program.
• Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team.

You might be a great match if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects
• Minimum of 2 years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Sales skills and project management experience preferred
• NKBA certification is a plus
