Job summary

ProSource Wholesale of Collinsville is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) to build a strong client base and design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex. This in-person role offers a competitive salary with bonus/commission, a supportive team, and a work-life-balanced schedule Monday through Friday with Saturday appointments.

You will design, quote, and manage cabinetry projects, maintain pricing, and help customers create their dream spaces.

Qualifications

2+ years of designing and selling cabinetry projects.
2+ years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Sales skills and project management experience preferred.
NKBA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build the business from a large existing customer base while working with the sales team.
Design and quote cabinetry projects to client specifications.
Design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex software.
Quote and manage full cycle ordering for Kitchen, Bath, and cabinet products.
Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department.
Assist a sales team in gaining product knowledge.
Promote the Kitchen and Bath program.
Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team.
