Belcan Corporation in Allen Park, MI is seeking experienced electrical technicians for a long-term Kit Room role. The position pays $18-$20 per hour and runs Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Work hours are 6:45am to 3:30pm.

You will assemble wiring harnesses, follow detailed instructions, and collaborate with small teams to meet daily build targets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in harness assembly, proficiency with wire prep, crimping, soldering, de-pinning, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in wire harness assembly.
• Read wiring prints and cut sheets; interpret diagrams.
• Proficient in wire prep, crimping, soldering, and de-pinning.

Responsibilities

• Follow provided work instructions (prints, cut sheets, sample harnesses).
• Assembly of wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper assembly techniques.
• Work in small teams to complete daily build requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.
• Inventory tracking of project parts and supplies.
• Quality validation of wire harness assemblies.
• Effectively communicate with cross functional teams on collaborative projects.
• Provide world class products and services.
