Aptar is seeking a Lead Assembly Technician to oversee the total production process from raw materials to finished goods. You will ensure product safety and quality, coach teammates, and coordinate changeovers with engineering to meet KPI targets.

The role requires hands-on supervision of high-speed machines, adherence to GMP/ISO standards, and active participation in safety initiatives and training. On-site work in a manufacturing environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for the total production process through finished goods quality.
• Coach work center teammates to meet policy requirements.
• Coordinate schedules and changeovers with engineering and support teams.
• Monitor high-speed automated production machines to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform quality checks and ensure GMP/ISO compliance.
