Job summary

Coushatta Casino Resort is seeking a responsible team member to oversee all food production per standards. You will also maintain a clean, organized dining area and monitor tables for guest needs and supervisor requests, delivering guest services efficiently and courteously.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year in a food venue or guest relations role, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
