Job summary

Coinstar is seeking a Field Technician to service kiosks in an assigned territory using a company vehicle. You will plan daily routes, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain kiosks to ensure reliable operation.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repair, remote support, inventory management, and coordinating with service teams. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with 2+ years troubleshooting electronics.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and PC operating systems.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and manage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kiosks and clean interior/exterior components.
• Electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance.
• Test kiosk connectivity, software, and electromechanical functionality.
• Manage parts inventory and schedule field change orders to meet deadlines.
• Plan daily routes and prioritize service calls based on priorities and geography.
