Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with two years post-graduate experience; MSW preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement kinship resource assessments.
• Partner with Intake Specialists to review referrals to foster care program.
• Attend initial family conferences to identify kinship resources.
• Coordinate and support pre-placement visits with kinship resources.
• Provide ongoing support to youth and kinship families, including home visits.
