Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Kingman is seeking an entry-level Budtender to greet customers, explain cannabis products, and deliver friendly service. Training will cover product knowledge and customer service in a fast-growing dispensary.

The role offers full-time hours with a pay range of $15.50-$16/hour plus a shared tip pool, opportunities for growth, employee discounts, and benefits. Shifts include mornings, mid, and evenings, with at least 30 hours per week, and a 21+ age/work-eligibility requirement.

Entry-Level Budtender - Join the JARS Cannabis Kingman Team!

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our Kingman location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.

PAY: $15.50-16/hour + shared tip pool

SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE LISTED SHIFTS BELOW:

Shifts included: Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm

(At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3:30 pm-12:30 am)

• Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
