Job summary

Scrapbook.com is seeking a Creative Kindness Warehouse Associate to support our mission of delivering handmade encouragement. You will handle card packages, perform quality checks, sort and count cards, and keep the workspace clean, stocked, and efficient.

Responsibilities include data entry in DonorDock and spreadsheets, packing orders for partner organizations, assisting with fundraiser preparation, and responding to volunteer emails. The role is active, fast-paced, and onsite at Gilbert, AZ.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel and stand for entire shift.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs as needed.
• Accurate data entry, sorting and packing with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open packages and perform quality control on incoming card packages.
• Keep Creative Kindness space tidy, stocked and functioning.
• Input data into spreadsheets, documents and DonorDock daily.
• Pick, pack and ship orders for partner organizations and assist with fundraiser shipping.
• Respond to volunteer emails using HelpScout as needed.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
