Job summary

ScrapsKC in Kansas City is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to greet shoppers, assist donors, and guide volunteers in a busy warehouse setting.

You will rotate between stations throughout the week, help with drop-offs, stock materials, operate the register, and keep the space tidy while delivering a friendly, mission-driven experience. This role supports teachers, kids, and the environment.

Guest Experience Associate Job Description

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday: 9:30am to 6:00pm

Pay: $19 / hour

Do you love helping people, staying busy, and working with a purpose? ScrapsKC is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join us as a Guest Experience Associate!

In this role, you’ll rotate between stations throughout the week to help us deliver a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors - shoppers, donors, teacher, and volunteers. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced, and mission-driven team working to support teachers, kids, and the environment.

What You’ll Do:
