Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills and a friendly, uplifting demeanor.
• Preparation and handling of hot beverages and dairy products.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Stocking inventory and keeping the stand organized.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them in the POS.
• Collect payments and provide accurate change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes for service.
• Maintain a fast pace with urgency during shifts.
• Build personal connections with customers through friendly service.
• Know the menu and suggest drinks to meet customer preferences.
• Dress appropriately and maintain good hygiene.
• Follow shift change duties and complete weekly chores.
