7 Brew, a fast-paced coffee concept, seeks a Brewista to deliver our mission of kindness and connections. You’ll craft drinks, take orders, and stock during shifts, reporting to stand management and shift leaders.

You will greet guests, confirm orders, handle payments, prepare drinks, and maintain a clean, safe, and energetic stand. Strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors or in variable conditions are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
• Can lift and move inventory.
• Can stand for hours at a time.
• Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder.
• Can safely walk in drive-thru areas and use a utility knife.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input to POS.
• Collect payments and give correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with a sense of urgency and stay productive during shifts.
• Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions.
• Know our menu and offer drink recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain hygiene and dress appropriately for the role.
• Follow shift change duties and weekly chores.
• Clock in and be ready at shift start time.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
