Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required.
• To work in a Title I-funded school, 48 college credit hours or a paraprofessional assessment required.
• Previous training and/or experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Willingness to learn instructional methods and work with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce subjects with students individually or in small groups.
• Assist teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating lessons.
• Prepare instructional materials and manage learning stations.
• Observe progress and document assessment data for staff review.
• Attend staff development activities and supervise as assigned.
