Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or pursuing, interest in pursuing a teaching career preferred.
• Classical Educator Certificate or relevant experience strongly valued.
• Ability to integrate a biblical worldview across all subjects with clarity and conviction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing biblical truth throughout lessons and reflect a Christ-centered worldview.
• Assist in applying classical pedagogy and pacing with excellence.
• Set up and maintain an organized classroom reflecting Christian virtue and stewardship.
• Help establish routines for attendance, homework, and materials management.
• Support teacher, model, and reinforce school behavioral expectations toward self-discipline and godly conduct.
• Cultivate relationships with students guiding Christlike character and responsibility.
