Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required in any subject, or equivalent.
• Subject matter expertise demonstrated by results in teaching content or a content-specific degree.

• Inspire a love of learning with differentiated lessons to meet scholars’ needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom where all students can thrive and learn.
• Build foundational love of learning and engage students in joyful instruction.
• Partner with families to support children’s education.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, special educators, interventionists, and specials teachers.
• Be a scholar of the Common Core Standards to guide rigorous instruction.
