Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking an Elementary School Teacher for 100% on-site work at a Rocky Mountain Prep campus in Colorado. The role focuses on rigorous, joyful instruction and a culture of high expectations for students.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree (any subject) and demonstrated subject-matter expertise, plus eligibility to work in the United States. The school offers strong professional development and PEAK-aligned expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any subject).
• Subject matter expertise demonstrated by either results in teaching the content or a content-specific degree.
• Within the first year, complete CDE READ Act training or CDE CLD-45 hours.
• Pass a background check.
• Demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• We use E-Verify to confirm identity and employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of student outcomes by setting high expectations and using data to guide instruction.
• Maintain inclusive, relationship-centered classrooms with proactive routines and culturally responsive practices.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, special educators, interventionists, and other staff.
• Engage families and build strong relationships to support children’s education.
