Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking an elementary teacher to foster a love of learning through differentiated instruction and joyful, rigorous teaching. You will collaborate with families and a grade-level team to support student growth and achievement in a campus on-site environment.

You will apply Common Core Standards, use data to inform lessons, and advocate for equity as part of a supportive network committed to professional growth and student success.

Job description

Location: 100% in person at Rocky Mountain Prep Berkeley. All school-based staff are essential members of our campus community, working on-site each day alongside students, colleagues, and families to create a strong school community and support student growth and achievement. This position is not remote or hybrid.

  3. Parent Satisfaction: 90% regular attendance; no more than 10% chronic absenteeism
