Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education or AZ teaching certification.
• Three years of K–12 teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills.

• Data-driven approach to instruction and student support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction within AMS curriculum and AZ standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs and use assessment data to guide planning.
• Establish a structured, positive classroom culture with PBIS strategies.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional leaders for school-wide improvement.
• Engage families through conferences and ongoing home–school partnerships.
