Job summary

Enchanted Care is seeking a licensed kindergarten teacher to join our growing school community in Ohio. You will design hands-on lessons and create an engaging classroom where students explore, question, and discover.

You will collaborate with families, support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth, and contribute to a supportive, excellence-focused educational culture. A signing bonus and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Ohio state teaching license with Kindergarten or Elementary Education endorsement.
• Must be 19+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Full-time availability 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Experience in a licensed school preferred.

Enchanted Care is seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Kindergarten Teacher to join our growing school community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every student.

As a Licensed Kindergarten Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Design hands‑on lessons that build foundational academic skills and support student success.

• Support each student’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• Bachelors degree from accredited college or university required.
• Valid Ohio state teaching license with Kindergarten or Elementary Education endorsement required.
• Prior teaching experience in a licensed school or educational setting preferred.
• Must be able to work full‑time from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday
• A passion for education and helping students learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,000; paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $500 after 60 days of employment, $500 after 90 days of of employment and $500 after 120 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
