Qualifications

• A MN teaching license in elementary education is required.
• Strong instructional skills centered in cultural responsiveness; demonstrated commitment to developing lessons and instruction centered in racial and cultural responsiveness.
• Demonstrated interest and effectiveness in working with elementary students; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively; demonstrated use of formative assessments to assess and plan for student learning.
