Alpha is hiring a Kindergarten Teacher to coach K-3 students in life-skills and confidence-building, rather than delivering traditional lessons. You will run workshops and provide one-on-one coaching across campuses, using learning analytics to track progress.

You’ll need a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years working with children; relocation is available for on-site roles, with national campus openings. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years working with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, youth programs, or similar environments.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with concrete structure to keep group engaged.
• Track record of motivating young children to achieve challenging goals with tangible examples.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while focusing energy on coaching, motivation, and life-skills development.

Responsabilités

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students to master communication, focus, and feedback.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and strong relationships to reach ambitious weekly goals.
• Assess life-skill mastery and coach until real understanding is demonstrated, not just participation.
• Adapt coaching styles to different developmental needs, using songs, movement, and storytelling as needed.
• Build relationships that support students to stretch beyond what they thought possible.
