Job summary

Alpha seeks a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to coach K‑3 students on life skills and personal growth. You will lead workshops, provide individualized coaching, and use analytics to guide each student toward ambitious weekly goals. This on-site role emphasizes motivation, engagement, and measurable progress.

You’ll work with one cohort, split between interactive life-skills sessions and targeted student coaching, ensuring students leave more capable and confident than when they started.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site at Alpha campuses.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience with children ages 4–9.
• Experience leading group activities for young children.
• Proven track record of motivating children to achieve goals.
• Ability to adapt approach based on feedback and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead K‑3 life-skills workshops focusing on communication, focus, and feedback.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and strong relationships.
• Assess mastery with Alpha’s framework, coaching until true understanding is shown.
• Adapt coaching style to cohort needs, using storytelling and movement as needed.
• Build supportive relationships to help students stretch beyond perceived limits.
