Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring or similar.
• Experience leading group activities and engaging young learners with structured routines.
• Proven track record of motivating children to achieve challenging goals.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning and focusing energy on coaching and life-skill development.

Responsibilities

• Lead K-3 life-skills workshops to develop communication, focus and feedback.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and push students toward ambitious weekly goals.
• Adapt coaching style to cohort needs with energetic storytelling and activities.
