Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in education preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kindergarten teacher with instructional activities and classroom management.
• Provide individual and small-group literacy and math support.
• Create a safe, organized, welcoming classroom environment.
• Prepare instructional materials and activities.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, and lunch.
• Support positive behavior and social-emotional development.
• Communicate professionally with teachers and families.
• Uphold mission and teachings of Catholic education.
