Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ParaPro or AA/60 credits toward a 4-year degree desirable.
• IVP fingerprint clearance required or ability to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in organized recreation, childcare, or school program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements educational activities for Kinder Prep students.
• Follows weekly lesson plans supporting classroom objectives.
• Communicates effectively with staff and parents.
• Maintains discipline, safety, and orderly environment.
• Organizes and maintains equipment and materials; reports problems.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings as requested.
