Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in production/manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for flaws using a microscope and report issues.
• Follow work specifications and set up daily tasks.
• Track and input work orders and product output.
• Familiar with ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
