Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Kiln Operator for the D Shift to monitor tile flow through the kiln and ensure efficient production. You will log hourly kiln temperatures, follow ISO procedures, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while supporting a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong English communication, recording, and observation skills, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor movement of tile through the kiln firing process.
