Job summary

KidStrong Fort Collins is seeking a Coach to deliver our dynamic curriculum and positively impact children and their families. You will lead engaging classes, communicate the program's value, and mentor fellow coaches in a vibrant center environment.

The role requires a passion for coaching children aged walking to 11 years, strong communication with parents, and the energy to keep sessions fun and organized. CPR certification is encouraged or pursued after joining.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, dynamic classes for children
• Understand and communicate KidStrong curriculum with enthusiasm
• Achieve Coach Certification and pursue skill development
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
• Engage families and act as a mentor to other coaches
• Support various center activities including camps and special events
• Assist in center operations and maintenance as needed

Job Title: KidStrong Coach Center: Fort Collins Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour

As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.
