As our third key, you'll be the role model, the motivator, and the go-to hero for our students and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and develop character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time

Leadership Duties

• Slack Savvy: Keep the team connected and in the loop. Channel your inner tech wizard
• Scheduler Extraordinaire: Assist in creating and communicating Coach schedules
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together

Center Operations

• Acting GM/AGM: Assist with member sales, customer service, and step up to lead the center when the GM and AGM are away
• KPI Guru: Understand what makes our center tick and help maximize performance
• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our center
